Bio

Tadayoshi Kokeguchi

Multidisciplinary, Tadayoshi has built over the years a professional path focused on dance and on supporting the arts.

Trained as a pianist, it is in the world of dance that he worked professionally for fifteen years, performing the major works of 20th- and 21st-century choreographers — from Maurice Béjart to Maguy Marin, by way of William Forsythe, Jiří Kylián, Mats Ek, Marco Goecke and Anne Teresa De Keersmaeker.

His appetite for creation led him naturally towards choreography and musical composition, before moving into arts support by joining the Development and Patronage department of the Paris National Opera.

He maintains, in parallel, a connection with dance as a guest teacher for schools and companies. Argentine tango then entered his field of exploration, for which he holds a singular passion and which he has added to his teaching.
